We utilize property management software to streamline these processes and offer tenants convenient online payment options. Due dates and incurring late fees are clearly communicated to tenants

We offer a straightforward, transparent structure for managing your property.
A one-time $100 consultation fee covers onboarding services such as property evaluation and professional photos to get your listing market-ready. Ongoing management is billed at 8% of gross rental income, ensuring our success aligns with yours.
For each new leasing period, a $100 lease administration fee applies to secure qualified tenants. Additionally, any maintenance work coordinated through our network includes a 12% service charge on subcontractor invoices, allowing us to efficiently manage and oversee all repairs on your behalf.
